Who We Are
Born2Serve (B2S) is an NGO aiming at eradicating poverty in Rwanda through two key services.
First, B2S Helps single mothers gain financial independence through training, helping them start their own businesses, and providing steady entrepreneurial mentorship.
Second, B2S provides financial support to underprivileged talented high school students in Rwanda with a mentorship program to prepare them for a better future

Born2Serve empowers single mothers and vulnerable youth by providing education, financial support, mentorship, and entrepreneurial opportunities, to foster a culture of self-sufficiency and sustainability.
The Cause
Systemic poverty in Rwanda disproportionately impacts teenage mothers and vulnerable high school students, creating cycles of hardship and missed opportunities. Teenage mothers face societal stigma, limited resources, and restricted access to education or employment, leaving them unable to provide for their children or secure sustainable futures.
Additionally, only 15% of Rwandans hold a high school diploma. Vulnerable students often drop out due to financial hardships and lack of mentorship, leaving them with limited opportunities and perpetuating poverty. Breaking this cycle requires targeted interventions, including financial aid, mentorship, and community advocacy.
