Gradie Ngaruka is an entrepreneur, chemical engineer, and the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Born2Serve (B2S). She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at Stanford University. Passionate about raising the standard of living for individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds, Gradie believes in serving as a bridge through which people can empower themselves—an ethos that inspired her to co-found B2S.

In her role as COO at B2S, Gradie oversees the organization’s daily operations and ensures that all programs align with the mission and strategic goals of the nonprofit. She is responsible for coordinating between departments, optimizing operational processes, and fostering effective communication within the team. Gradie leads program development, manages resource allocation, and implements strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and impact. With a strong background in community outreach, social entrepreneurship, and venture creation, Gradie is dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency and sustainability within underprivileged communities.
